The successful candidate will be detail oriented, have a proven track record and a positive work ethic.Job SummaryQTEC Aerospace is looking for highly capable and motivated individuals.The successful candidate will function as an integral member of a multi-contractor team providing program, engineering, and technical support to Missile Defense programs.Job Duties/ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will include, but may not be limited to the following:Coordinate with Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Anti-tamper (AT) and program leadership on updates and/or changes to the systemPerform Anti-Tamper Risk and Threat Management Assessments and reports for the programDevelop the analysis process and preparation of the AT plan and provide coordination and input for near-term fielding decisionsDevelop, deliver, and maintain the AT Plan, AT Evaluation Plan, Key Management Plan, and the Program Protection PlanDevelop, deliver, and maintain Critical Program Information (CPI) analysis, Defense Exportability Assessments, and defense export strategyDevelop, deliver, and maintain waivers for CPI, AT, or defense exportability featuresAssess program protection and Anti-Tamper designs and implementation plans in support of verification and validation effortsDevelop and deliver recommendations to improve program protection while meeting cost, schedule, and performance objectivesAssess program protection and Anti-Tamper designs and implementation plans in support of verification and validation effortsIdentify risk-based technical countermeasures for the protection of Critical Program Information and Critical ComponentsBrief Anti-Tamper and Program Protection requirements and prepare white papers and evaluations as requiredSupport program milestone reviews and Fielding Decisions and verify entrance criteria are satisfied by having the Anti-Tamper and Program Protection products approvedInteract with customers to define SSE requirements, solutions, trades, costs, implementation, system impacts, and effectivenessSupport developing plans and estimates, task execution, project tracking, reporting, and risk identification and mitigation plans.
