Job Description

Dobbs Defense Solutions is seeking a Web Software Developer who can assist USCYBERCOM by automating business processes and procedures. We are looking for someone to help modernize web-based capabilities and solutions for our valued customers. You will be asked to review customer requirements, make logical recommendations, and then implement and maintain solutions utilizing cutting edge processes and technology.

Duties

1. Analyze requirements to derive software design
2. Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain web-based software applications
3. Perform coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting
4. Transform business and functional requirements into technical solutions
5. Resolve complex technical problems, meet deadlines and thrive in a team setting
6. Conduct root cause analysis, review code and perform unit testing
7. Clearly and regularly communicate with customers and team
8. Research and implement new development techniques and technologies
9. Write and review software documentation
10. Cloud Design and Development
11. 2+ years hands-on experience with SharePoint Platforms (2010, 2013, 2016)
12. Experience with Atlassian products (JIRA and Confluence)
13. Experience with ServiceNow
14. Experience with business process automation

Qualifications

Required education and experience:

1. Minimum five (5) years of experience in application software development
2. Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related discipline (or an additional five years of experience)
3. Active CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP certification (minimum DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification)
4. Experience with front-end web technologies and frameworks: HTML5, JSON, CSS, JavaScript

Required Clearance

1. TS/SCI with current Polygraph
