Title:Electrical ManagerThe LNG Project consists of two phases, namely Phase 1 and Phase 2. Each phase includes a 750MW Combine Cycle Power Plant, resulting in a total power generation capacity of 1,500MW for the entire project. In addition to the power plants, various electrical substations will be installed, with voltages ranging from 138kV to 480V. These substations will support the operations of both Phase 1 and Phase 2, ensuring efficient power distribution throughout the project.+ + Qualifications to perform Electrical works as Tradesman on the State of Louisiana.Qualifications to perform Electrical Switching Operations up to (and including) 13.8kV (or higher) on the State of Louisiana.Previous experience as Electrical Commissioning Supervisor on large (multi-billion dollar) Oil & Gas Project.Previous experience as Electrical Commissioning Supervisor on Power Plants with unit ratings in excess of 25MW.Previous experience as Electrical Commissioning Supervisor on Facilities with large Variable Speed Drives.Over 15 Years of overall Electrical Commissioning experience on progressive roles from Technician to Electrical Commissioning Supervisor.Previous experience organizing the electrical component of a Permit to Work System and associated isolation certificates and Procedures.NFPA 70E (Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace) Certification/Training (or equivalent).High School diploma and formal technical training in electrical construction, maintenance, and testing (or Equivalent Experience) is required.Good understanding of the Electrical Testing Activities required to bring into Service a MV Substation into Service, including Primary and Secondary Injection Tests.Valid TWIC Card.The PC&CSO Electrical Supervisor:Provides daily direction to the PC & CSO Electrical Technicians and ensures that all the required activities are completed on a timely manner.Participates on the development of Switching Programs for first Energization events.Ensures that the Inspection and Test Records and the PC & CSO Electrical Procedures are filled and signed on a timely manner.Collects the relevant changes into the Electrical Commissioning as-builts documents.Responsible for the deployment of the Electrical Plan to follow-up and clear Punch List items on Packages undergoing Commissioning Activities.Provides Electrical Support to the Ready for Energization and Ready for Start-up Walk-down Coordinators.Oversees the implementation of the electrical component of the Permit to Work System and associated Electrical Isolation Certificates (LOTO).Monitors the Safety Performance of the Electrical Technicians assigned to his Area, and promotes Electrical Safe Practices.Responsible for the Electrical Safe Practices and follow-up with dedicated Electrical toolboxes to enhance Electrical Safety Culture on his Team.Reports to / takes direction from the PC&CSO Electrical Commissioning Superintendents.BENEFITSKBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits, which could include a 401K plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule.
