Location : Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

12+ months contract

W2 only


Job description :

  • You have at least 8 years experience in a technical support role, such as Help Desk, IT Remote Support, or Systems Operator
  • You demonstrate vast knowledge and experience supporting Laptop/Desktop computers, hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft SCCM and Windows Desktop operating systems, software (including MS Office)
  • You are an excellent communicator (written and verbal) and enjoy problem solving
  • You are well-versed with IT processes (e.g., ITIL, ITGC and PCI)
  • You?re a multi-tasking pro and love working on multiple projects simultaneously and juggling priorities
  • You ideally have a Bachelor?s or Associate?s degree in Information Systems or Computer Sciences or relevant work experience in a related field


Competencies: Digital : Windows Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Identity And Access Management, Desktop Management - Infrastructure Services (IS), Windows Servers
