Manufacturing Engineer

As a Manufacturing Engineer on the team, you will possess a passion for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience in the biotech or medical device industry and a strong background in process engineering, quality assurance, and production optimization.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) is a plus.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably within the biotech or medical device industry.
3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies used in the production of medical devices or biotech products.
4. Proven experience with process optimization, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
6. Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, Minitab, statistical analysis software).
7. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
