Title: Architect - Adobe Marketo @ Chicago, IL - Atlanta, GA - Dallas, TX (Remote + Travel)
Terms of Hire: Full Time.
Salary: $ Open K/YR + Benefits.

Role Description

• Subject matter expert in Marketo technology and apply it to customers’ business processes for optimum use of the solution.
• Develop, deploy, optimize a range of landing pages and email campaigns.
• Translate business needs into product requirements and work with product management to add enhancements.
• Provide business and technical solutions to help customers optimize use of solution. Optimize against key metrics including CTR, open rates, and advertisers registered.
• Communicate clearly and precisely with customers in written and verbal form, and maintain accurate and timely records in our case tracking system.
• Establish strong relationship with Product Management, Engineering & Operations.
• Maintain ownership of issues and Accounts until resolution, drive other teams as needed and set customer expectations.
• Perform problem characterization, reproduction, diagnosis, and root cause analysis.
• Partner with Engineering personnel to prioritize and escalate as necessary.
• Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of customer support and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Provide developer support to partners and vendors.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with Marketing Automation platforms, including 3+ years of Marketo experience.
• Additional platforms of interest include: Adobe Campaign.
• Experience with delivery of marketing automation projects, especially implementations and integrations (CRM, CMS).
• Experience with audits or application support also valuable.
• Experience in digital marketing agencies or marketing technology service managed service providers.
• Experience gathering marketing/technical requirements for client implementations.
• Knowledge of lead generation and lead nurture, sales/marketing alignment.
