Our client, born from the success of a larger organization, has built an AI platform that blends cutting-edge technology with bold ambition and visionary thinking. As they gear up for an imminent product launch, they’re looking for a VP of Engineering to help transform the future of AI.

As the VP of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI within a fast-growing, early-stage startup. This is a fully hands-on position where you'll blend high-level leadership with a skilled AI development team, while fueling your passion for AI by diving into technical work that you can’t resist getting involved in!

This is a rare opportunity to drive both strategy and hands-on development while working closely with visionary co-founders whilst putting your own stamp in the business.

The person

* Early-stage start-up experience

* An AI fanatic that wants to push the boundaries within AI!

* GenAI industry experience

* You consider yourself as a ‘hands on’ leader!

* Knowledge of AI, ML, RAG, LLM etc.

* Experience scaling high performance AI and backend / full stack development teams!

* Happy to work 5 days a week in Miami onsite (Relocation assistance available)

The role

* Building a Conversational AI / GenAI platform from the ground up!

* Advising the cofounder / CEO around new ways of working, tends and technology!

* Building a world class AI engineering team from scratch!

* Very ‘hands on’ to build the platform from the ground up!

* Able to enhance, drive and scale a world class AI platform!

* Early start-up environment with the equivalent of series B funding!

* Office based in Miami, Florida (5 days a week)
