You Will:


  • Participate in the daily development of print and digital marketing materials for our website, email, signage, social media, and wholesale partners.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team to brainstorm creative 360 marketing campaigns for seasonal designs and partnership collaborations.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to assist in creating, editing, and delivering effective creative marketing materials.
  • Take on ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Willingness to share and contribute creative ideas.


What You Bring:


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Adobe Suite programs: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Experience with After Effects is a bonus.
  • Must have strong design skills, including typography, layout, color theory, and the ability to design for both digital and print. Illustration and animation skills are a bonus.
  • 3-5 years Experience in designing digital & print marketing campaigns for retail brands.
  • Candidates must have strong time management skills, be well-organized, talented, and able to balance multiple projects at once. In addition, they should be enthusiastic, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, have a "can-do" attitude, and have strong attention to detail while being comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive in their approach, look for opportunities to improve upon existing structures, and find creative ways to utilize best practices.
  • Demonstrate the ability to carefully listen to others' feedback at all levels of the organization and adjust appropriately.
