As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development of software solutions by providing technical expertise and leadership.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions
- Lead the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability
- Engage in design and code review sessions, actively participating in in-depth technical conversations
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Help drive CI/CD strategies
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, and provide effective solutions. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the adoption of best practices
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience, or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft technology including C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, SQL Server
- Extensive experience designing and building RESTful web services
- Experience with Azure or AWS hosting
- Strong understanding of microservices architectures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
- Effective communication skills
- Experience with Angular
- Understanding of mathematical concepts involving linear algebra and geometry
- Knowledge of civil or mechanical engineering is a plus
