UIX UX Designer - W2

Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned, service-minded designer to help us envision what a simple, trusted, and connected experience looks like for our customers across spaces & products in health & wellness. As a designer, you will partner closely with product managers and other designers. You will represent & advocate for customers & associates by providing experience design strategy in a defined space and staying involved in the end-to-end process of execution.

Qualifications (Non-Negotiables)

1. Hands-on service design experience in multi-product ecosystem is a MUST.
2. Have work samples for journey mapping & service blueprinting – real work experience.
3. Can do attitude/Growth mindset: up for challenges.

Nice-to-haves

1. Bonus if you have working experience in any of the followings:
2. Experience in healthcare industry.
3. Experience in understanding & documenting workflows across digital platforms.
4. Communication Strategy.
5. Digital Product Strategy.
6. Quant and/or qual research skills.
7. Creative Writing.
8. Digital Marketing Experience.
9. Analytics.

1. Improving digital healthcare experience for customers & associates.
2. Creating Omni-Channel Customer Journeys.
3. Presenting & storytelling to get cross-functional engagement & buy-in.
4. Prioritizing problems and opportunities with stakeholders to make things happen.
5. Design, present, and deliver the service blueprint.
6. Discover, visualize, and communicate existing services via research, prototype, journey map, and service blueprint.
