Job Details

Examples of what you'll do:

1. Design and implement core backend services.
2. Develop and maintain APIs for internal and external integrations.
3. Build robust observability and monitoring solutions to ensure the reliability of our systems.
4. Implement automated testing frameworks to maintain high code quality and prevent regressions.
5. Optimize our infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
6. Collaborate with the AI team to integrate and support AI capabilities within our core platform.
7. Help us iterate toward product-market fit in an early-stage, open-ended environment.
8. Contribute to the design and implementation of our CI/CD pipelines.

What we are looking for in candidates:

1. Strong software engineering fundamentals and have opinions on how to build robust, scalable, and secure software.
2. Experience operating high-scale distributed infrastructure.
3. Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, Spark, microservices.
4. You have experience building systems in high performance languages like Rust, C++, Go, Kotlin, or Scala.
5. You're a strong proponent of DevOps practices, continuous integration, continuous development, and automated testing.
6. 5 or more years of experience.
