Detailed Job Description

? New Process Ownership:

• Become a subject matter expert on the new 1GP process.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation (process maps, flowcharts, guidelines, etc.).
• Ensure consistent understanding and application of the 1GP process across ENG.

? Implementation and Rollout:

• Develop and execute a detailed implementation plan for 1GP across ENG.
• Lead training and certification programs to ensure all engineers are equipped to follow the process.
• Conduct pilot programs to test and refine the process before full-scale rollout.

? Change Management:

• Assess the impact of the new process on existing workflows and identify potential challenges.
• Develop and implement a change management strategy to address resistance and ensure smooth adoption.
• Provide ongoing support and communication to ENG teams throughout the implementation process.

? Collaboration and Alignment:

• Work closely with stakeholders across ENG, including team leads, managers, and individual contributors.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and address concerns.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into process improvements.

? Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the new process.
• Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Recommend and implement changes to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
