About You

• Multiple years of management experience
• Ability to grow and develop an engineering team through mentorship, coaching, and staffing decisions
• Communicating and collaborating with cross functional partners in engineering, product management and other areas
• Proven track record of delivering large engineering projects to production, including re-architectures and migrations of existing products
• Experienced with desktop application development, preferably on multiple platforms
• Able to create and communicate team goals and priorities, and align them with broader company themes
• Developing a long-term vision and roadmap that meets the needs of the team and organization/company

About the Role

• Program management experience - multi-quarter planning and execution
• Execution of large technology migrations
• Experience leading remote teams
• Familiarity with mobile app development and mobile app stores
• Previous work on platform and developer infrastructure teams

What Else?

This role is based in the greater San Francisco Bay area, and the reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $216,000 to $255,000 plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to our pay-on-performance philosophy, we offer a comprehensive set of benefits, including full medical coverage, flexible PTO, wellness reimbursement, and a monthly lunch stipend. Salaries will vary outside of the listed metropolitan areas & the U.S.
