Responsibilities:

• Work exclusively with a private sector organization in Manchester within the managed services team.
• Provide 3rd line network support for enterprise networks.
• Handle troubleshooting, configurations, incident response, and network change implementation.

Skills/Must Have:

• Expertise in Cisco routing and switching.
• Experience with firewall support (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, ASA, or Firepower).
• Strong understanding of network protocols (BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP).
• Must be a British National and eligible for SC clearance

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting Cisco ACI networks.
• Experience in managing Cisco ISE environments
• Active SC clearance
