MotorWorld is presently seeking a new team member to join as a BDC Sales Coordinator for our expanding department.
This role offers $15 per hour with a performance-based commission structure. It requires full-time availability, entailing a flexible 40-hour workweek with 2-3 shifts from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and 2-3 Saturdays per month. It also involves working on holidays when the Sales Department is operational.
The ideal candidate for this position should be a self-motivated individual with strong initiative, excellent time management, and organizational abilities, adept at multitasking while paying close attention to detail. They should be goal-oriented, possess proficient skills in Excel and computing, display enthusiasm, be open to coaching, exhibit reliability, and demonstrate effective written and verbal communication. A positive attitude, high energy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Additionally, a solid dedication to ensuring maximum customer satisfaction is crucial.
Job Responsibilities for BDC Sales Coordinator/ Internet Specialist:
As a BDC Sales Coordinator/ Internet Specialist, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with customers who are in the market for a vehicle through phone calls, email, chat, and text. There is NO face-to-face communication or selling involved. Your goal will be to set sales appointments to positively impact sales volume and customer satisfaction standards while conducting business ethically and professionally. Follow up with Customers who have visited the dealership and conduct a survey.
Your specific duties in this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Handling Internet Sales Leads— with a focus on scheduling Sales Appointment for our Sales Department
- Utilizing Sales Phone Scripts for Outbound/Inbounds Calls
- Utilizing Objection Techniques
- Following all Internet Lead Handling processes and procedures
- ACHIEVING Daily Outbound Call Goals ( 75+ calls minimum, a day)
- KPI Performance Appointment Goals
- Follow up with customers who have visited the dealership
- Assists in other areas when needed
