Job Requirements / Description

Monitor and develop internet generated leads, determine placement and provide follow up to ensure superior client experience and increase client capture rate from the company Web site. This position acts as a referral source for sales agents, assists with management, design and development of internet lead programs and may provide general administrative support for the department.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) Common activities are listed below: actual position responsibilities may vary. Please refer to manager or human resources for specific duties and performance expectations of the position.

  1. Respond to and follow up with all registered Web site users, consumer inquiries and assigned agents. Follow up on and acknowledge showing alerts. Reassign if the lead isn’t acknowledged by the agent within specified time period. (35-40%)
  2. Administrative duties: prepare and distribute monthly reports; maintain databases which may include agent profiles, client inquiries and contacts, capture rates, coordinate class registrations and materials, assist with agent training; collate and distribute relocation packages; prepare correspondence and other communication material and assist with back office processes. (30-40%)
  3. Assist with the design and development of programs to nurture/develop a relationship with internet leads and initiate phone and e-mail contact with clients. (30-35%)
  4. Qualify leads and increase the number of leads provided to agents. Cross sell and coordinate contact with sources for value added products and services. (5-10%)
  5. Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. (0-5%)

Qualifications
Education:
  • Two year college degree in business or related field or equivalent knowledge and experience.
Experience:
  • Two or more years experience in customer service, real estate or relocation.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, internet and e-mail applications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skill, strong interpersonal skills and a customer focus.
  • Detail oriented, problem analysis and resolution skill and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Other (licenses, certifications, schedule flexibility/OT, travel, etc.):
  • Real estate license may be required.
  • Work schedule may include evening and weekend hours.
