Fetch is a venture-backed startup solving the package problem for multi-family. Packages are sent to our warehouse, and we communicate directly with residents to coordinate secure and convenient door-to-door delivery. Fetch is currently operating in cities from coast-to-coast with additional plans for substantial growth.
We build new technology and tackle exciting problems on a daily basis: from constantly refining the UI to deliver our industry-leading resident experience to solving intricate logistics issues revolving around receiving, organizing, dispatching, and delivering millions of packages.

What you'll do:
Our web application is vital to our daily operations, supporting all of our end-users from warehouse operators and customer support agents to residents and delivery drivers. You will work as a development leader on architecting and building the interfaces used across our company from end-user interactions optimized for simplicity, beauty, and ease-of-use to warehouse and driver interactions focused on quality and efficiency. You will also help lead and mentor our growing development team.
What you’ll need:
- Work effectively within a lean as well as accelerated development environment
- Highly proficient in building engaging as well as visually complex user interfaces
- Strong proficiency in responsive design and development
- Demonstrated experience with test-driven development
- Solid understanding of common UI guidelines/standards relating to both web and mobile
- Demonstrated success in learning as well as applying emerging technologies
- 8+ years of experience as a front-end developer
- 5+ years of React web-application development experience
- 4+ years of Typescript experience
- Experience with Hooks, Redux, Sagas, Cypress, & SCSS
