Graphic Designer
US – Remote

We are seeking a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating visually compelling and effective design solutions that align with our company’s branding and marketing objectives. This role involves designing a variety of materials, including digital and print assets, to support the organizations legal services, client communications, and business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation:
- Develop high-quality graphic designs for various platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, reports, and other marketing materials.
- Create visually engaging content that effectively communicates the firm's brand and legal expertise.
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all designs adhere to the firm's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all materials.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand brand objectives and apply them in design projects.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept through execution, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, business development, legal professionals) to gather requirements and feedback.
Creative Solutions:
- Provide creative solutions and design recommendations for various marketing and communication needs.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate innovative ideas into design work.
Content Development:
- Design and layout content for print and digital media, including infographics, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.
- Work with content creators to ensure designs enhance and complement written material.
Client and Stakeholder Interaction:
- Work with attorneys and other stakeholders to understand their design needs and preferences.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions into designs to meet client expectations.
Quality Assurance:
- Review and proof designs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications.
- Conduct quality checks on final output to ensure the highest standard of production.
Asset Management:
- Maintain and organize a library of design assets, including images, templates, and branding materials.
- Ensure all design files are properly archived and accessible.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably within the legal services industry or similar professional services sector.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including both digital and print media.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with design best practices for web and print, including responsive design and accessibility considerations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or web design is a plus.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and the ability to create designs that effectively communicate complex legal concepts.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
