Position: Mac OS Engineer
Location: 100% Remote, 8:00am-5:00pm EST
Duration: 4-6 month Contract, potential for extensions and/or convert to full time
Rate Range: $55-$75/hour
Job Overview : We are seeking a skilled MacOS Engineer with experience in Microsoft Intune for our Intune mobile device management project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Mac devices at an enterprise level using various MDM solutions. This role requires someone who can start immediately and work independently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage Mac devices using MDM solutions such as WorkspaceOne, Intune, JAMF, etc.
- Configure and manage enterprise-level security tools on Macs, including Crowdstrike, Cisco AnyConnect, and Zscaler.
- Utilize Active Directory and group policies for managing apps and accounts on Macs.
- Perform a mix of build work and configurations on Mac devices, adapting existing configurations as needed when transitioning to new tools.
- Ensure seamless integration of Mac devices within the MDM tool Intune.
- Scope: Manage approximately Mac devices within the enterprise.
- Focus: Transition towards Microsoft Intune for MDM management, with existing configurations potentially changing during the move.
- Security Tools: Experience with Crowdstrike or Zscaler is a plus.
Must-Have Qualifications :
- MDM Experience: Proficiency with Intune and other MDM tools such as Airwatch.
- MacOS Engineering: Ability to manage Mac devices at an enterprise level using MDM solutions.
- Active Directory: Familiarity with group policies, account setup, and managing enterprise-class security tools.
- Experience: Around 5 years of relevant experience.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications :
- Intune Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune.
- Security Tools: Experience with Crowdstrike or Zscaler.
