Graphic Designer
Hybrid Remote in Johns Creek, GA/Duluth, GA

Synergis' client is looking to add a Graphic Designer to their team. This Graphic Designer will design various brand and promotional materials for both digital and print that promote the company and/or products. Including the following: Ability to work on a wide range of media across different departments, multiple social platform posts, website elements, promotional videos, flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials as needed.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategic direction into engaging marketing materials
- Overseeing and maintaining brand consistency within all design projects and establishing brand guidelines and standards
- Reporting to team leaders and implementing feedback
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and use effective time management to meet deadlines
Required Skills / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in an art related role
- Two or more years of experience as a marketing artist, graphic designer, or related field
- Applying the principles of design, typography, color theory, and brand consistency to create engaging and compelling media
- Proficiency in Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator
- Ability to perform image editing tasks using Photoshop or After Effects to enhance raw film for compositing and company content
- Ability to create motion graphics using After Effects
- Ability to create quality vector-based images using Adobe Illustrator
- Demonstrated the ability to think creatively and develop unique designs that effectively communicate messages consistent with brand identity
- Eye for detail and ability to consistently deliver designs aligned with brand guidelines
- Proficient in organization and time management of multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to effectively communicate and work collaboratively with multiple internal teams
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Working knowledge of CSS3 and HTML5 is a plus
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities and demonstrating your understanding of design principles and techniques
The compensation range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 annually
(dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
