Job Description

• At least 4 years of experience in Software development and testing life cycles.
• At least 4 years in development and testing of IBM Sterling package.
• Must have strong programming skills using core JAVA.
• Must have strong working experience in AWS Cloud technologies.
• Experience in creating, modifying or designing test frameworks (using Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.)
• Knowledgeable in writing code to test code: UI and API level testing.
• Have Database knowledge in RDBMS, SQL and Stored Procedures, etc.
• Knowledge of Test Automation frameworks and principles.
• Experience in Test Automation using common Test Automation tools like Selenium, CodedUI, UFT/QTP, etc.
• Knowledge of Performance troubleshooting (heap dump & thread dump analysis) is preferred.
• Ability to lead performance optimization efforts with a strong command of complex performance issues and the ability to direct component owners (network, database, appdev, server OS/WAS, storage, etc.) is a plus.
• Nice to have Mobile performance testing experience.
• Should have strong coordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills.
• Should have strong leadership skills.
• Should have experience in Agile and DevOps methodology, microservices, Angular JS, etc.
• Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
• Communication and analytical skills.
