Responsibilities:
- Maximize the internet department’s profitability
- Drive consistent utilization of existing technologies
- Set benchmarks, manage and maintain budgets
- Dynamic internet lead response and follow-up
- Expert negotiation, closing and marketing skills
- Enhance performance metrics and CRM
- Mentor and train team members to achieve optimal performance
- Comply with federal and state laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in automotive management
- Proven track record as an internet sales producer
- Exemplary communication and listening skills
- Determination and drive to maintain impeccable relationships
- Self-initiative, strategic planning and ability to problem solve
- Passion to ensure every customer contact is an excellent experience
- Pass background screening, pre-placement drug screening and must have an acceptable MVR
