Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Applications Developer in Washington, DC for a 6+ months contract position.

Position: Senior Applications Developer

Location: Washington, DC

Duration: 6+ months

Client: Direct Client

Required Skills:

1. Minimum 7 years of experience in Software Development.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience with Angular.
3. Working knowledge and experience with REST, SOAP, and AMQP or MQ.
4. Working knowledge and experience with XML parsing and JSON parsing.
5. Working knowledge and experience with Node and NPM.
6. Working knowledge and experience with SharePoint (SP) and developing interfaces to SP sites.
7. Working knowledge and experience with Agile or Scrum templates.
8. Working knowledge and experience with .NET and C#.
9. Ability to work with industry-standard IDEs such as Visual Studio and Eclipse.
10. Demonstrated experience integrating systems, applications, and data platforms.
11. Demonstrated experience developing detailed project estimates and development work plans to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet clients’ and users’ business needs and expectations of quality.
12. Demonstrated experience integrating structured and unstructured data.
13. Demonstrated experience collaborating with data stewards and business stakeholders.
14. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate at all management levels.
15. Working knowledge of business process skills to support the development effort.
16. Demonstrated ability to resolve challenging obstacles and complete commitments on time.
17. Detail-oriented with emphasis on quality of work.
