WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions, ensuring they align with both technical excellence and customer objectives.
• Act as a technical consultant, understanding customer's needs and translating them into actionable AI strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a key technical liaison between Groundlight AI and its customers, providing insights and feedback to guide product development.
• Develop and curate engaging content that demonstrates the capabilities of Groundlight’s technologies, including writing blog posts and creating example applications. This will showcase real-world applications and benefits of our AI-driven solutions, helping to educate and inspire both current and prospective customers.
• Engage in customer calls, delivering technical expertise and demonstrating the customization of Groundlight AI's solutions for their unique scenarios. This ensures solutions are closely aligned with customer needs and expectations.
REQUIRED:
• 2+ Years of relevant experience excluding internships
• Proven track record in AI or software development projects with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to think strategically about customer needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to translate complex technical details into clear, actionable insights for customers.
• This role is Full-Time in Seattle.
