BOE is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer who can support our strategic partnerships with customers in the Display Panel markets to join our local team in American bay area. You will be part of our business strategy for customers, support local demo test, NPI optical test requirement and manage/handle EE related test/meetings targeting on smooth projects validation and on-time ramp.
Ideal candidate should be self-motivated, pressure-bearing and familiar with the Display industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and manage new tech projects, work with Headquarter team and support local meetings and demo shows targeting to get projects rewards.
2. Work with HQ and customers’ display team to support display panels EE/Optics data collection based on customers’ requirement. 3. BOE Local office EE lab establish and management. 4. Preliminary Failure Analysis on the customer side.
5. Local customer meeting support.
6. Support our sales & PM peers on any EE related items.
Qualifications:
1. Capable of project management w/o direct power.
2. 5+ years’experience with display EE.
3. Proactive, self-motivated and willing to learn.
