Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with over 2 years of experience using Great Plains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our data processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and maintain data in Great Plains and other databases.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of data entry experience, specifically with Great Plains.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
