Drupal Developer - Federal Contracting

Salary: $130,000 - 150,000/year

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Drupal Developer to join our team, working on exciting federal government contracts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with extensive experience in Drupal. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications that meet government standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain responsive web applications using Drupal 8/9/10.
• Develop custom modules and themes, ensuring compliance with federal standards and best practices.
• Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js ) to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Ensure applications are optimized for performance and accessibility.
• Implement APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Manage database design and development, optimizing for efficiency and security.
• Work closely with project managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to define project scope and deliverables.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web applications.
• Stay updated on the latest Drupal trends and technologies, implementing best practices in development.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications and systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal documentation standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in Drupal development.
• Proficient in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Familiarity with federal government regulations and standards (e.g., Section 508 compliance).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
