STARTING ASAP AND FULLY ONSITE!Job Description:The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on data entry, excellent communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive outstanding service by accurately entering data, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Data Entry: Accurately input customer orders, inquiries, and other data into our internal system.Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate information and solutions.Order Processing: Enter, status, and track customer orders from receipt through to shipment, ensuring all details are correct and customers are kept informed throughout the process.Attention to Detail: Review orders and communications for accuracy, verify pricing, and customer information to prevent errors.Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently and effectively, escalating more complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.Skills:Order entry, Customer service, Data entry, Order processing, Inventory, Microsoft office, Purchase order, Customer service oriented, Microsoft, SalesforceAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, Data Entry Specialist, or similar role.Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.Proficiency in using databases, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.CRM experience is a plus but not required#prioritycentralAbout Aston Carter:Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
