The Senior Electrical Engineer is responsible for working with a team of engineers to develop beam delivery systems for fiber based laser solutions.
Duties:
- New product development and support of existing products
- Project management, Specifications, and Documentation of new designs
- Updating and maintaining existing designs
- Manufacturing test and calibration support along with system debugging
- Compliance certification support
Minimum Requirements:
- BS or MS degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related science
- 5+ years of experience
* Experience with Verilog and C programming - Familiarity with schematic entry tools for PCB design
- Excellent hands on technical skills
* Familiarity with HDL simulation and methodologies
* Demonstrate excellent technical writing skills and the ability to provide high quality engineering documents.
* Strong communication skills required for interaction within group, with internal customers, R&D, and European colleagues.
Experience in One or More Areas a Plus:
- Analog Design
- Controls Systems
- Digital Signal Processing
- Switching Power Supplies
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22C.F.R. *120.15 are required.
