Join us as we work to create a thriving ecosystem that delivers accessible, high-quality, and sustainable healthcare for all.

We are looking for a Lead UX/Product Designer to join the Specialty Experience team supporting our electronic medical records product. You’ll work to define, design, and test features that empower ambulatory practice clinicians and staff to deliver effective and comprehensive care to their patients. As a lead designer, we expect you to have experience across the full range of design practices, from research to delivery and all stages in between. As a member of product team leadership, you will represent design with your cross-functional peers in product management, engineering, and data analytics.

When you join our UX team, you become part of a highly collaborative group with a common goal: creating solutions to help transform the healthcare industry. Our team is responsible for enhancing the primary workflows of ambulatory physicians, from maintaining the longitudinal patient record of care, to collaborating across points of care, and engaging with patients during an appointment. The decisions you make will impact over 100K healthcare providers across the United States.

We are looking for someone who can dive into complex problems and create design solutions that ensure our development teams release useful and usable experiences. Join us and discover how you can make a difference in the lives of physicians and the patients they care for.
