- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst with a focus on IAM.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into IAM technical requirements (including Use Case Documentation)
- Oracle Identity Management 10g- Direcory Services(OID, OVD, SSO), Identity and Access Management Implementation, Design & Architecture
- Design and implement IAM solutions, including user provisioning, access control, and authentication.
- Evaluate and recommend IAM tools and technologies.
- Troubleshoot IAM issues and provide support to end-users.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions.
- Stay current on IAM best practices and industry trends.
