Job Title: Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing Technical Developer (with experience in Java, SQL, PL/SQL, CC&B Application Development Frameworks, etc.)

Job Location: Madison, Wisconsin (Capital City of Wisconsin State)

Job Type: Full time (This position may require travel and/or relocation)

Required:

1. At least 4 years of experience in CIS solutions for Utilities.
2. Experience of at least 1 or 2 full-cycle implementations for a utility (Power/Water/Sewer) with hands-on Development experience in Oracle CC&B.
3. At least 4 years of experience in leading development teams through the project life cycle and working with client teams/SMEs.
4. At least 4 years of development experience in Java, SQL, PL/SQL, CC&B Application Development Frameworks.
5. At least 2 years of experience in Batch Programming, Algorithm, UI Maps, Change Handlers, Service Scripts, Business Scripts, etc.
6. At least 1 year of experience in Hibernate Framework, Web Logic Server, Performance Management Tools, Scripting languages (Perl/Shell/Ant Scripts, etc).
7. Analytical and Communication skills. Experience in Utilities Domain and Project Management.
8. Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
9. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
10. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Qualifications Basic:

1. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent but should be from an accredited Institution/University.
2. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
3. At least 5 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry.
