Loyalty Partner Solutions GmbH, based in Munich, Germany, are pioneer and technology leaders in high-performance loyalty management software for the airline, retail, travel and transportation sectors. From our headquarters in Munich, we develop comprehensive software solutions for the operation of complex customer loyalty programs, which we implement at our clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Together with your team you will develop, maintain and support JAVA-based customer solution software for our customers and bring it live
  • A high degree of automation is important to us, so you will also design and implement automated test cases
  • You want to see your code in production as quickly as possible, which is why you will also take care of Continuous Delivery
  • Communicate your solution ideas so that everyone can understand it
  • Implementation of features customers expect, aligned with Product owner.
  • Analysis of Bugs, delivering Bugfixes in the existing software and maintenance
  • On call duty capability to cover time gap between the US and Europe

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as Java Software Developer, including experience with large systems with high transaction volume.
  • You are eager to understand our customer domain to find the best solutions for our customer needs
  • You love to actively drive topics, always having the goal in mind and accepting challenges
  • You have a DevOps mindset (ship it as you would run it)
  • You enjoy working in an international team
  • You have an agile mindset and as part of a cross-functional team you are open to support other disciplines if needed for the team success
  • Having a good understanding of Databases (Oracle or Postgres) and how to influence and increase performance
  • Willingness to adapt to timezone needs for a project, On Call Duty to close the time gap between Europe and US

Tech Stack:

  • JAVA, JEE, Spring, SpringBoot, REST, Hibernate, proficiency with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), cloud-based systems (AWS or equivalent), Maven, Jenkins, Git

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
