Sheehy INFINITI of Annapolis is seeking Internet Sales Consultants to join our high-performing team. Our internet sales team is highly regarded for managing the bulk of leads in our dealership. Selling with our internet team is considered a promotion from the sales floor and an opportunity to work with many customers every month. Team members are expected to handle each lead individually, providing exceptional customer service from lead conception to delivery. The ideal candidate will have prior experience, knowledge of CRM tools, and the ability to build professional business relationships. In addition, a proven track record in sales, communication, and negotiation skills and the ability to prioritize and stay organized is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming internet inquiries and internet phone leads
  • Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer happiness
  • Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask required
  • Ambitious, goal oriented mentality and eager to improve
  • Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
  • Must have a valid driver's license
