Job Description

POSITION IS 100% ONSITE. Candidate must be within 100 miles

Requirements:

• Work 100% on-site in Lincoln, NE, Monday-Friday (40 hours/week) with some work outside of operational hours as needed—no remote work.
• May work off hours for application upgrades, and administrative testing, or other emergencies
• Bachelors, or Masters degree in computer science, geography/GIS, or related field, experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
• One (1) year experience with scripting languages, APIs, and modules such as: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Pandas module, ArcPy module, ArcGIS API, PowerShell, and/or REST APIs.
• One (1) year experience using: Microsoft SQL Enterprise Databases (v2016+) and/or PostgreSQL databases.
• Two (2) plus years of experience scripting with Python.
• Experience developing policies, and workflows for collaborative environments.
• Experience developing training and documentation for end users.

Preferred:

• Experience with Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Online, Enterprise Geodatabases, ArcGIS for JavaScript, and Arcade.
• Experience with geographic information management and spatial data standards.
• Experience with Microsoft graph.
• Experience with Visual Studio Code, and GIT.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Confluence.
• Experience with support ticketing applications and services.
• Experience with chat groups and video conferencing applications.
• An understanding of GIS technologies and data structures
