Engineering Analyst

Summary: The Engineering Analyst reports to the Director of Engineering and is responsible for assisting with analyzing data, writing reports, and developing strategic plans. Additional responsibilities include handling customer satisfaction inquiries, related correspondence, and communication.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret statistical reports (customer satisfaction data and other hotel-related reports).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write complex documentation.
• Facility maintenance experience preferred but not necessary.
• Must have strong computer skills.
• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
