If you love doing all you can for the customer, want to grow by collaborating with your co-workers, don\'t stop until you have found that perfect solution, love learning and are just an all around great person, we want you on our team!We are seeking a full-time exempt Network Engineer Tier II for our Network Engineering Team.In this role, you will be a contributor on the team of Network Engineers who are responsible for all network deployment projects, CAF network design, wireless access point and backhaul design, evaluation of all new wireless and GPON technologies, CPE standards, creating method of procedures (MOPS) for change management, capacity management of access points and network circuits, creating power standards, and maintaining the management network.Network Engineer Tier 2Summary of Essential Job FunctionsNetwork design and planning with an emphasis on fixed wireless technologiesDocumentation of design projectsCoordination with NOC for network deployment projectsSite DesignRF AnalysisMethod of Procedure for routine maintenanceWorking with peers to identify issues within the networkQuickly diagnose, prioritize, and troubleshoot internal/external issuesComply with the Wisper Core ValuesWork with Network Engineering Manager to ensure the Engineering team is adhering to improving processes.Other related duties as directedRequirements for PositionHigh School Diploma or equivalentMake customer satisfaction a priority0-2 years of either wireless, networking, or GPON experience with an emphasis on design and planningAdaptable to fast-paced, high-change environmentOrganizational skillsBe able to communicate effectively via phone, email, and message systemsMust demonstrate personal accountability; be punctual for appointments and meetingsRegular and predictable attendance requiredDesired Skills & CompetenciesMake customer satisfaction a priority with a focus on delivering sustained high service levelsStrong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, excellent analytical abilityAbove average organizational skillsWorks well under pressure alongside different departmentsAbility to maintain confidential informationGPON experienceWireless certificationsEntry-level Networking certificationsWISP experience preferredPhysical Requirements and Working ConditionsFast-paced, environment with multiple changes to schedules and fluctuating prioritiesWork is primarily performed indoors, at a deskMust pass a background check & drug screenPhysical Requirements:X - Light: Lifting 0-10 lbs.
