Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in systems administration or high-level desktop support
• Experience in cloud computing, networking, and working with vendors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong demonstrative problem-solving skills
• Understanding of computing devices, operating systems, software installation and administration
• Professional experience with VOIP, mobile technologies, and network environment

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-person break-fix and remote support
• Troubleshoot internet/LAN and WAN connectivity issues
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows OS
• Upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers
• General preventative maintenance
• Account administration
• Support end users on basic software, hardware, and printers
• Knowledge of networking, virtualization, Outlook, Windows & Mac OS, web-based and installable applications
