Team You’ll Grow With: The Customer Identity Platform squad. You will be a key player in building and enhancing our authentication platform using Java, Spring, Vue.js/Node.js. Collaborating closely with a Senior Engineer and another Engineer 3, your primary focus will be on product building in the platform space, with a strong emphasis on owning the authentication space for customers globally. You will help Ramsey gain a deeper understanding of our customer, so that we can tailor our digital experiences to serve them with the right content at the right time.

What Winning Looks Like

1. Develop and deploy new features using Java, Spring, and Vue.js/Node.js.
2. Explore and implement new authentication flows, making improvements on account management.
3. Discover new insight capabilities for fan relationships, working toward a unified business under one authentication paradigm using Kafka and OpenSearch.
4. Taking lead on data aggregation for Ramsey, built on event driven architecture.
5. Respond to and enhance system and app monitoring using Java and Spring.
6. Continuously improve products to reduce security risks and technical debt.
7. Open new avenues for business units to support fans utilizing the authentication platform.
8. Support team and other business units in understanding and innovating within the authentication space.

Skills Needed To Win

1. 4+ years of experience with Java and Spring; full-stack experience preferred, but also open to backend development experience.
2. Proficiency with SQL and data modeling is required.
3. Previous exposure to AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
4. Ability to balance hands-on implementation with high-level strategic contributions.
5. Database design, modeling, or migration experience is preferred.
6. Familiarity with OpenSearch/Kafka, web services, and service-oriented architecture.

$81,000 - $120,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits
