Job Description

Job Title: Datacenter Support Engineer

Location: Redmond, WA

Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge of Networking Devices and Concepts
2. Troubleshooting Skills (Hardware, OS)
3. Work Experience in using iLO/DRAC/KVMoIP
4. Migration and decommission of hardware
5. Working experience with Server, Network and Storage Deployments
6. Provisioning and Racking of hardware
7. KVM based remote access systems
8. Backup & archive loaders and libraries
9. Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 support
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
11. Understanding/work experience of Complex/diverse environments
