Pneumatic Engineer

Role Summary: The role will be responsible for diagnosing failures, recommending solutions, and resolving technical issues for customers. This includes providing remote and on-site support, answering compliance questions, conducting training for colleagues and customers, and supporting product conversions and tradeshow activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve technical failures, including on-site support when needed.
• Address customer compliance and certification queries.
• Provide training and expert knowledge sharing.
• Assist with product interchangeability and conversions.
• Support technical questions for customers and sales teams, both remotely and on-site.
• Participate in trade shows and other promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• 3-10 years of experience in fluid power systems.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and customer support skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of pneumatic components is a plus.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
