Job Requirements / Description
Role Summary: The role will be responsible for diagnosing failures, recommending solutions, and resolving technical issues for customers. This includes providing remote and on-site support, answering compliance questions, conducting training for colleagues and customers, and supporting product conversions and tradeshow activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve technical failures, including on-site support when needed.
- Address customer compliance and certification queries.
- Provide training and expert knowledge sharing.
- Assist with product interchangeability and conversions.
- Support technical questions for customers and sales teams, both remotely and on-site.
- Participate in trade shows and other promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- 3-10 years of experience in fluid power systems.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and customer support skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of pneumatic components is a plus.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
