• 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting business applications.
• Experience in operational support and DevOps operations.
• Experience in application development in one of the following languages: .Net C#, .Net VB, PHP, Java, etc.
• Experience working with load balancing technologies and large-scale web server farms.
• A strong background in web application deployment, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software in critical LOB (line-of-business) systems.
• Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and optimization of production applications in Unix and Microsoft platforms.
• Proven experience in implementing release management and continuous delivery processes for multiple sites.
• Experience implementing build configuration tools, such as Hudson, Jenkins, Git, SVN, Ant, Node, Chef, and Puppet.
• Experience with system monitoring tools: AppDynamics, Keynote, Splunk, Zabbix, Nagios, etc.
• Experience with debugging using one or more of the following: Visual Studio, Windbg, and Netmon/Wireshark.
• Ability to work extended hours, nights, and weekends when required during critical outages or transitions.
• Hands-on experience in creating, evaluating, and updating documentation.
• Ability to collaborate well across geographically diverse teams.
• Passionate about service and making a positive difference.
• Critical COTS applications include Autonomy and Siebel.
