Apparel Designer

As Senior Apparel Designer, you will:

• Design and manage multiple product platforms that meet product and merchandising briefs, price points, and margin targets.
• Work within an integrated team of design, development, and product line management; act as a key point of contact at meetings, lab dip approvals, and fittings.
• Make key decisions related to product and process.
• Own the creation and presentation of category content (merch pages, decks, mood boards, trim, and fabric boards).
• Develop and execute clear and detailed sketches, technical packages, and BOMs.
• Lead milestone deliverables and partner directly with product and merchandising leads to deliver the appropriate assortment.
• Present as a design lead at milestone meetings, including design checkpoints, style design reviews, and color reviews.

• Passionate about designing compelling and cutting-edge products every day.
• Solid understanding of apparel construction, materials, and manufacturing techniques.
• Ability to express concepts and ideas through sketching.
• Strong presentation skills and comfortable working with a group.
• Detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks, and meet multiple deadlines.
