Job Title: Senior Blockchain Developer (Rust & Cosmos)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Blockchain Developer with extensive experience in Rust programming and the Cosmos SDK. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain architecture and will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying smart contracts and decentralized applications. This position offers a flexible hybrid work model, allowing for both remote and on-site collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Rust within the Cosmos ecosystem.
- Architect blockchain solutions leveraging the Cosmos SDK, ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software.
- Optimize blockchain performance and troubleshoot issues related to nodes and smart contracts.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, architecture, and development processes.
- Participate in the Cosmos community and contribute to open-source projects.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of software development experience with at least 5+ years in blockchain development.
- Strong knowledge of Rust and its ecosystem, including libraries and tools.
- In-depth experience with the Cosmos SDK, Tendermint, and Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC) protocol.
- Solid understanding of blockchain technology, consensus algorithms, and cryptography.
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in writing tests for smart contracts and debugging complex blockchain applications.
Desired Skills:
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) for deploying blockchain solutions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and adaptability to changing requirements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
