Summary: TC Control Group is searching for a skilled and motivated Control Electrician to join our growing team. In this role, you will play an instrumental role in delivering fully integrated building control systems to our clients. You will use your experience and initiative to coordinate installations with other site trades, TC engineering, and other key contacts; organize and track material use and orders; and communicate progress and challenges to all project contacts.  


Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical control systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), motors, sensors, and associated devices
  • Diagnose and repair electrical control system faults
  • Develop and implement electrical control system modifications 
  • Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to resolve electrical control system issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electrical documentation
  • Adhere to TC Control Group standards of excellence, accountability, and professionalism


Qualifications:

  • Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical systems, industrial automation, or building management systems (BMS)
  • Strong understanding of electrical principles and troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience with Johnson Controls and/or Tridium a plus
  • Experience in controlled environment agriculture (CEA) a plus
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license
  • Preference will be given to candidates willing to travel throughout continental US
