Job Details

Currently seeking a Building Automation Programmer for our team in where you'll play a critical role in designing, programming, and commissioning advanced building automation systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop BAS architectures per client specs
• Select appropriate control systems and hardware for projects
• Provide technical support and inspect control enclosures
• Lead multiple project implementations and coordinate BAS support technicians
• Participate in project design reviews and configure systems
• Develop user interfaces, control algorithms, and project graphics
• Conduct internal testing, provide documentation, and perform client demos
• Supervise or work with teams onsite for system startups
• Install and configure project software, perform point mapping, and system commissioning
• Troubleshoot and perform modifications, ensuring quality and efficiency

MUST HAVE:

• Proven experience as a Building Automation Programmer, with a strong focus on Tridium Niagara.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, energy management, and related building technologies.
• BACnet, MODbus and/or Lonworks experience
• Familiarity with one or more of the following BAS systems: Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Honeywell, KMC, or others
• Comfortable being in the field up to 30% of the time
