Desired Skills/Experience:
- Licensed PE in IL
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in transportation design, leadership, and supervisory experience
- This person MUST have experience with design and development of plans, specs and estimates with DOT, Turnpike, and other related IL agencies.
- Experience utilizing AutoCAD, Civil3D, MicroStation, and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Ability to run a team and be the right-hand employee to the VP at the firm.
- NO Micromanaging!
