Job Description
In the role of an Entry Level Civil Engineer, the professional participates in the design and supervision of construction projects, including airports, bridges, dams, and roads. The responsibilities include reviewing designs, conducting material tests, and performing data collection and calculations in areas such as traffic forecasting, soil capacity, groundwater analysis, and structure design.
The Entry Level Civil Engineer is involved in estimating costs, personnel and material needs, preparing proposals, and contributing to project completion.
Qualifications for this position includes:
A Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering, professional engineering registration, and proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
The individual should have 0-2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial Civil design and possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position in a mostly office environment with some fieldwork, offering competitive salary, holiday and vacation benefits, medical insurance, and a 401(k) with employer match.
