We are looking for an Executive Project Manager.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The Executive Project Manager works closely with the Chief Operations Officer, West Region, to support the development of the overall direct sales and service business of the company. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily and must be able to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Close interaction with the West Management Team as well as the West Sales and Service Management.
- Supporting the development of the overall direct sales & service business model.
- Preparation of data and presentations for internal and external meetings using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint in the Microsoft Teams environment.
- Conducting follow-up and distribution of materials for internal and external meetings.
- Understanding the sales process, P&L Statements, and managing costs.
- Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing projects.
- Planning, organizing, and participating in customer visits.
- Coordinating travel, submitting travel expenses, and scheduling appointments for the COO.
- Supporting the COO to ensure administrative operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Other duties as described.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university required, business, marketing or related field preferred.
- Industry knowledge or recent experience in machine tool environments preferred, not mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge in MS Teams.
- Strong communication skills to include effective communication with varying levels of external customers, external suppliers, and internal technical staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Executive Summaries, Flow Charts, Gantt Charts.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Proven flexibility with shifting priorities and ability to work under pressure and in new environments.
- Proven organizational skills, with high attention to detail to meet goals and set priorities.
