Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related/equivalent plus 5 years experience as a software engineer/related and experience with AWS or GCP (Cloud architecture), Kubernetes, Docker, Scala, Go, Java, Database Design (Schema Design, SQL Tuning, monitoring), Distributed systems and Micro Services architecture.
Responsibilities
- Architect, Design, Develop, Test and maintain software system using various technologies including Golang, Postgresql, AWS, Kubernetes, SQS.
- Champion the concepts of robust software engineering, a push for excellence and software observability throughout the organization.
- Help set the technology foundation for our microservices.
- Deeply understand the healthcare ecosystem and simplify it for users.
- Ability to stand up RESTful endpoints in less than a day with Go or a better alternative.
- Experience with security coding guidelines, PCI, and/or HIPAA compliance.
- Accelerate code velocity and improve the process for engineering to improve ship time.
- To keep our patients, communities and each other safe, you'll be required to comply with Accompany Health’s medical clearance requirements, including completing a TB screen and providing proof of immunity or vaccination for certain conditions.
